We are two friends that love Middle Eastern food. Shuki Rosenboim grew up in Israel where his Mum fed him loads of good, home cooked Middle Eastern food and Louisa Allan grew up on a grain and pulse farm in the Mallee where her family still grow tonnes of wheat, barley and chickpeas. Early in 2013 we decided to combine their backgrounds to make dips to sell at farmers markets throughout Melbourne. We don't make dips anymore but we do make falafel at our shop VERY GOOD FALAFEL!
